Privacy policy
The data controller is LACANGEL GROUP SAS, 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, contact administration@lacangel.fr. We collect what we need to prepare your permit file, nothing more.
What we collect
- When you pay: your e-mail address, your name and the payment status, from Stripe's payment page. We never see your card number.
- When you describe your project (the form after payment): the address of the project, the type of project and its dimensions, whether the home is in an HOA, your notes, your phone number if you give it, and the photos you choose to send.
- When you ask for a quote: your name, e-mail, phone if you give it, the city, state and ZIP code, and the description of the project.
- Messages you send us by e-mail.
Why
To prepare and deliver your permit file, to answer your questions and quote requests, to send you the e-mails about your order, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Stripe (payments).
- Resend (sending our e-mails).
- Google Cloud (hosting of the site and of your project files, in the European Union).
- Google Ireland (Google Analytics 4), only if analytics are enabled on the site and you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
Some of these providers are based in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your project details and photos are kept while we work on your file, then for 3 years after your last order so that you can come back to it, and then deleted. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to administration@lacangel.fr. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Residents of the European Union may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your draft answers on the project form until you send them, and your cookie choice. When you sign in to your permit file, two strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days: a signed session cookie and a marker that lets the menu show "My account". Signing out removes both. The sign-in link we e-mail you works once, for 15 minutes.
When analytics are enabled, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Google privacy policy) is loaded only after you click "Accept". Decline is as easy as Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page.
