Our guarantee, with All-in

Approved or your money back.

If the city refuses your permit for a requirement we should have caught, you get every dollar back. The conditions are right here, in plain words.

What the guarantee covers

  • CoveredThe city refuses the permit for a reason we should have caught: a written requirement of its code or of its published forms that we missed.
  • RefundThe full price you paid for All-in, back to your card.
  • How to claimWithin 30 days of the city’s decision, send us the refusal letter.

What it does not cover

  • A variance or other exception that the city refuses
  • Objections from neighbors
  • A discretionary design review (for example a historic district board)
  • Your HOA’s decision
  • A project you changed, or information you gave us that was wrong
  • A new rule adopted after the application was filed

We say it plainly because no one can promise what a city will decide.
