Common questions
Can I add the review or the revisions?
Yes: Expert Review is +$50 and Until Approved +$100. Until November 30, 2026, All-in costs $399 and includes both, plus the money-back guarantee, so adding either option switches your order to All-in.
Who submits the application?
In most places the homeowner files the application, online or at the counter. Your file tells you exactly where and how your city takes applications, and everything is ready to send.
Is the city’s permit fee included?
No. Permit fees are paid to your city or county. Your file shows the fee from the city’s published fee schedule, with the link, so you know it before you file.
What if my project needs an engineer?
Some do, for example decks and structures in high-wind or heavy-snow areas, or tall retaining walls. If your city requires stamped drawings for your project, we tell you at the start. If we cannot prepare your file, you are refunded in full.
