# Refund policy

## Full refund

- **Before we start.** If you cancel before our permit team has started researching your city's rules, we refund you in full.
- **If we cannot prepare your file.** If your project needs something we do not provide, such as drawings stamped by a licensed engineer, and you choose not to continue, we refund you in full.
- **Approved or your money back (All-in).** If the city refuses your permit for a written requirement of its code or published forms that we should have caught, we refund the full price of All-in. Claim within 30 days of the city's decision, with the refusal letter. Conditions and exclusions: [our guarantee](https://yespermit.com/guarantee/).

## Until Approved option

If the city refuses for a point we should have caught, the $100 of the Until Approved option is refunded, under the same conditions and exclusions as the guarantee.

## How to ask

E-mail [administration@lacangel.fr](mailto:administration@lacangel.fr) from the address you used to pay, with your order number (it starts with YP-). Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
