> YesPermit prepares the building permit file for your deck, shed, fence, pergola or other home project: your city's rule researched for your address, a site plan, dimensioned drawings, the forms and fees, and revisions until approved.

We handle the permit. You build. YesPermit prepares building permit applications for homeowners in the United States. It is not an architect, engineer or law firm: drawings are prepared for permit submission, without structural calculations, and the city or county decides on every permit. Projects that need an engineer (for example high wind, heavy snow, tall retaining walls, hot tubs) are flagged before work starts.
