# About YesPermit

YesPermit prepares building permit files for homeowners in the United States: the rules of your city for your address, a site plan, dimensioned drawings, the forms and the fees, and, with All-in, revisions until the city approves.

## Why we exist

Most backyard projects stall before the first board is cut: which rule applies, which form, which drawing, which fee. The answers exist, but they are spread across zoning codes, building codes, checklists and fee schedules that differ from one city to the next. We do that research for your address and turn it into a file you can submit.

## How we work

- Every rule we rely on is cited with its official link and the date we checked it.
- Our drawings are prepared for permit submission. We do not make structural calculations, and when your city or your project requires a licensed architect or engineer, we tell you before we start.
- We never promise what a city will decide. We promise our part: with All-in, a refund if the city refuses for a requirement we should have caught.
